我校高度重视体育工作,贯彻落实国务院《全民健身计划纲要》,全面实施《国家学生体质健康标准》,不断加强学校体育设施建设,广泛开展“学生阳光体育运动”坚决执行国务院“加强青少年体育,增强青少年体质”电视电话会议精神,建章立制,科学管理,以锻炼和提高全校教职工、全校学生的身体素质作为学校的体育工作目标,牢固树立全校师生的终身学习习惯和终身锻炼习惯,让“每天锻炼一小时”的理念在学生的头脑中扎根,在老师的头脑中永存。在教育局的正确领导下,在社会各界的大力支持下,樟树中心学校的体育办学能力和体育教学质量有了显著提高。今年以来,学校体育工作开展如火如荼,局面良好,主要表现在如下几点:

学校体育工作好不好事关学生素质培养目标能否全面完成,说小点关乎学生能否健康成长,说大点影响中华民族素质提高。因此,我校领导十分重视体育工作,把它作为学校的重点工作来抓。首先,学校把体育工作纳入学校议事日程,有计划,有安排,有人员,有活动。学校体育管理分层次,抓特色。学校从有限的资金中千方百计挤出钱来,添置各类体育器材设施,每年开展校运动会和派出师生外出参加体育比赛活动。对校运动会和师生外出比赛,学校给予人力、物力、时间上的保证,要求重视安全,杜绝安全事故发生。学校要求体育教师做到学期有计划,半年有总结。体育资料详实,装订规范。要求教师根据学校场地窄小的特点,因地制宜,科学安排,认真上好体育课,精心安排体育活动,保证学生每天一小时课外体育活动。每位体育教师要自创体育工作特色,做出体育工作成绩。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

二、抓好体育常规工作,促进体育健康发展

    体育学科是素质发展的主要学科,必须认真对待。学校切实加强过程管理,要求内堂课、外堂课都要落到实处,教学内容具体,活动落实。学校每两周安排至少1名校级领导与教务处工作人员一起参加体育教研活动,与全校体育教师共同进行校本体育教研,探讨学校体育教学规律,总结教学经验,提高办学水平;不断研究体育业务,改革完善体育教材,科学制定教学课程,形成体育教学特色。狠抓体育教学常规管理,对体育教案和体育行课等情况长期进行检查和指导,并扎实开展体育听课、评课活动。此外,学校还广泛开展校际体育教学经验交流,做到取长补短,共同提高。学校要求体育教研组做到活动目的明确,人员落实,措施具体,成绩记录。要求体育教师根据学校场地窄小的特点,认真备好课,备好活动方案,做到备课既备人又备场地,充分利用45分钟的课堂教学,抓好学生的体育常规教学,让学生掌握基本的运动技能和技巧。我校要求体育教师在体育活动和教学中,要有机结合实情对学生进行爱国主义和集体主义的教育,让学生爱上体育课,喜欢体育锻炼,为了自身健康成长投入和谐体育运动,并使他们养成终生锻炼的意识。学校领导定期和随机检查体育教师教案,随时进行听课和评课。积极鼓励体育教师上公开课和
